Branded Client Gallery

A branded client gallery is a client gallery that carries your studio's logo, colors and name instead of the platform's branding.

What is a Branded Client Gallery?

A branded client gallery is a client gallery styled with your studio's identity, including your logo, colors and project naming, rather than the visual identity of the software that hosts it. When fully white-labelled, the client sees no trace of the underlying platform. The goal is that the delivery feels like it came from you, not from a storage service you rent.

Why it matters

Clients judge a production company on every touchpoint, and delivery is one of the few they interact with directly and repeatedly. A gallery with your mark on it reinforces the brand each time the client, their family or their colleagues open the link. When someone forwards a wedding film or a brand video internally, your name travels with it.

There is also a perception issue. If the delivery page is dominated by another company's logo, clients can come away remembering the tool rather than the studio. For agencies and production companies, branding consistency across proposals, invoices and delivery is part of looking established.

How it works

Branding controls vary by platform, but they usually fall into a few layers:

• Logo placement, typically in the gallery header and sometimes on a cover or loading screen.

• Accent color, applied to buttons, links and highlights, ideally with a custom hex value so it matches your exact brand color.

• Cover image and title, so each project opens like a title card.

• Project metadata, such as client name, date or credits, presented in a consistent way.

• Platform branding removal, which hides the software provider's logo and "powered by" marks.

• Custom domain, offered by some tools, so the link itself shows your own web address.

A useful test of branding depth is to open a gallery as a client would, on a phone, and ask whether anything on the screen points to a third party. Emails, password screens and download pages count too.

For agency work, flexibility matters. Some studios brand galleries with the end client's colors rather than their own, for example when delivering on behalf of an agency that wants its client to see a consistent look.

Common approaches

Generic cloud storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer offers limited or no customization of the recipient page; some paid tiers allow a logo or background. Video hosts like Vimeo offer player customization, which is useful for embedding on your own site. Dedicated gallery platforms tend to offer the most control over the full delivery page. Building a branded portal on your own website is possible, but it brings hosting, maintenance and large-file challenges.

Can DLVRD galleries be fully branded?

Yes. DLVRD galleries can show your logo, a cover image and an accent color chosen from presets or set with a custom hex value, and the DLVRD logo can be removed so the delivery carries only your brand. You can also style galleries with a client's brand colors for agency work.
