DMCA / COPYRIGHT POLICY

DLVRD Inc. ("Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Company will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our website, applications, and services (the "Services") by sending a notice containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent.
1. How to File a Notice of Infringement
To be effective, your infringement notice must be a written communication that includes the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific gallery URL).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Counter-Notification Process
If a user of our platform believes that their content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, they may file a written counter-notification with our Designated Agent containing the information required by Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Company may restore the material in question if the original complaining party does not file a court action within 10-14 business days.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Company has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Company's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
