Do you compress my video Quality?
We optimize playback for speed, but preserve your master for delivery.
For streaming your media in galleries, we transcode your media for instant playback on all devices. However, your original file remains 100% untouched in the cloud. When your client clicks "Download," they receive the exact file you uploaded.
What happens if I hit my Storage Limit?
You are in control. You can delete old assets to free up space instantly, move assets to The Vault, or upgrade your plan to unlock more storage space.
What is the vault ?
To maximize your value, we separate your storage into two tiers:
Active Storage for files you are delivering now and current galleries.
The Vault for long-term archiving after delivery.
For example: If you delivered a gallery last year and the client hasn't viewed it in 6 months, you can move those files to The Vault. This frees up your Active Storage for new galleries while keeping the old deliverables safe and retrievable.
Can I deliver videos and photos together?
Yes. DLVRD is a video-first platform that bridges the gap. While our gallery design is optimized for video playback, we fully support high-res photography. You can deliver your video masters alongside edited photos in a single, immersive link.
Can I remove the DLVRD branding?
Yes. On Pro and Studio plans, the DLVRD logo is removed from all galleries.
