Can I set a gallery or upload link to expire?

Yes. Every DLVRD gallery can be given an expiry date, and Request Files upload links can expire as well.

Expiry is useful in both directions. On delivery, it lets you define the window in which the client can collect their files, which supports the "galleries stay live for 90 days" clause many filmmakers put in their contracts. On review, it closes a draft link once the round is over. On intake, it stops a client upload link from being used months after the project has wrapped.

By default, galleries do not expire, so if you want a permanent delivery you simply leave the setting off.

Expiry pairs naturally with The Vault: when a gallery's window closes, move the media to archive storage so the files remain safe and retrievable while your active storage is freed for the next job.
