Who owns the files I upload to DLVRD?

You do. Uploading to DLVRD does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights in your work. Your files remain yours, and you can delete them at any time.

DLVRD stores and streams your media so that you can deliver it to your clients. Our Terms grant DLVRD only a limited licence to host, transcode and deliver your content as required to provide the service, and nothing more.

Your originals are stored untouched and returned exactly as uploaded when a client downloads them.
