What video and photo formats can I upload?

Upload the file your editing software exports. DLVRD accepts standard video containers such as MP4 and MOV, including H.264, HEVC and ProRes encodes, alongside high-resolution JPEG and PNG photos, and stores every file exactly as uploaded.

You do not need to prepare a special "web" version. Upload the delivery master and DLVRD generates the streaming renditions automatically, so the client gets instant playback while the download remains the original.

For the smoothest experience, export with the fast-start (web-optimised) flag enabled in your NLE; it lets browsers begin playback before the whole file has loaded. It has no effect on quality.
