Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your DLVRD subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and no further payments are taken as long as you cancel before the next renewal date. Subscription fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial months or downgrades.

If you downgrade to a plan with less storage than you are using, you will need to delete or archive media to fit the new allowance before uploading again. Vault capacity is a one-time purchase and requires an active paid subscription to access.
